现代学徒制下“双导师”选拔和培育机制研究

         

摘要

Double tutor's training is an important factor in promoting the effective development of modern apprenticeship and improving the quality of vocational education. Currently, double tutor's training is hindered by the existing problems and difficulties in higher vocational colleges. The paper analyses the connotation of double tutor in modern apprenticeship. With the experience from developed countries, the mechanism of cultivating, selecting and guarantee is constructed from three levels: government, schools and enterprises, which can help engage more and more talented people in vocational education and improve the quality of talents 'training.%“双导师”师资队伍建设是推动现代学徒制有效发展、提高职业教育质量的重要因素。目前,高职院校师资队伍存在的问题与现实困境阻碍了“双导师”师资队伍建设。在诠释现代学徒制下“双导师”内涵的基础上,借鉴发达国家职教师资培养的经验,从政府、学校、企业三个层面构建“双导师”的培育、选拔、保障机制,有利于吸收更多、更优秀的人才投身于职教事业,促进人才培养质量的提升。
