高职院校社会服务能力评价指标体系探讨

         

摘要

从高职院校的社会服务功能出发,运用经验判断与定义推演相结合、文献研究与专家咨询相结合的方法,遴选高职院校社会服务能力的评价指标。采用专家打分构建权重判断矩阵,利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重值,最终形成由4个一级指标、13个二级指标和40个三级指标组成的高职院校社会服务能力评价指标体系。评价结果显示,评价指标经过一致性检验,内容效度较好,可作为教育管理部门对高职院校社会服务能力进行考核和评价的工具。%According to the social service function of higher vocational colleges, the evaluation index of the social service ability of higher vocational colleges is selected by the combination of empirical judgment and the definition of deduction, the combination of literature research and expert consultation. The weight judgment matrix is constructed by expert scoring, and the weight value of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the evaluation index system of social service ability of higher vocational colleges is formed by 4 first level indicators, two 13 level indexes and three 40 level indexes. The evaluation results show that the evaluation index is consistent and the content validity is good, and it can be used as a tool to assess and evaluate the social service ability of higher vocational colleges.
