职教师资队伍建设是影响职业教育质量与可持续发展的关键因素，而学科教学知识作为专业教师的核心知识，对职教教师专业化发展有着重要意义。基于学科教学知识的职教师资培养课程体系开发，首先要了解职教师资学科教学知识培养路径的特点和课程体系构建的原则，以培养目标为指导，开发理实一体、交叉融合的模块化课程体系，将教师教育融入专业教学之中。%The construction of vocational teacher teams is a critical factor which affects the quality and sustainable development of vocational education. However, as the core knowledge for professional teachers, PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge) is significant for the professional development of vocational teachers. Based on the PCK, the exploitation of curricular system for the nurturing of vocational teachers resources asks seriously. It comes first that to acquire the features of vocational teachers resources PCK cultivation path and the principle of the construction of curricular system. Regarding the target developed as the instruction, the paper exploits the modular curricular system in which the theory and practice are integrated and interact with each other. It will also help engage the education with the academic teaching.
