奥地利职教教师培养及对我国的启示

         

摘要

In terms of vocational teachers' training, Austria has its own distinctive features, which has made contribution to youth employment and economic development. With the four stages a starting point, such as apprenticeship schools, secondary vocational schools, higher vocational schools and vocational colleges, Austrian vocational teachers' training mode in higher vocational schools is analyzed in depth. The characteristics of different stages for teachers training in Australia are summarized. The current situation of vocational teachers' training in our country and the problems are analyzed, which is helpful to learn the successful experience of Austrian teachers training from to improve healthy development of China's vocational teachers training and to make more contribution to our economic and youth employment.%奥地利在职教师资培养方面特色鲜明,为解决青年就业和促进经济发展做出了突出贡献。从学徒制学校、中级职业学校、高级职业学校以及专科院校四个阶段入手,分阶段深入研究奥地利职教师资培养模式,总结奥地利不同阶段职教师资培养模式的特点,分析我国职教师资培养的发展现状及存在的问题,有助于借鉴奥地利职教师资培养的成功经验,促进我国职教师资培养的良性发展,更好地为经济发展和青年就业服务。
