西部地区工科院校大学生创业教育调查--以云、桂、川、黔12所地方工科院校为样本调查

         

摘要

As the main force of entrepreneurship in West, training to adapt to economic and social development required for innovation and entrepreneurship, to support entrepreneurship education colleges and universities can’t be separated. Through questionnaires, interviews and other forms of status quo entrepreneurship education 12 West Local Engineering College Students to carry out field research, the survey results show that the current college students interested in entrepreneurship, but faced with the entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial shortage of double execution problem; students for entrepreneurship education needs strong, but lower participation of university entrepreneurship education; entrepreneurship education on College Students’ lack of support, a shortage of full-time faculty entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education courses too theoretical and entrepreneurship education in the form of single issues such prominent . In this regard, the western regional polytechnic colleges must accelerate entrepreneurship education full-time teachers, the formation of a rational structure, part-time teaching team match, while also actively promoting diversification entrepreneurship education curriculum system construction, the formation stage of the entrepreneurship education system, the College Entrepreneurship Education Service System “multiple” linkage.%通过问卷调查、访谈等形式,对西部12所地方工科院校大学生的创业教育现状开展实地调研。结果表明,当前大学生对创业兴趣浓厚,但面临着创业能力和创业执行力双重不足的问题;大学生对创业教育需求强烈,但对高校创业课程的参与度较低;高校对大学生创业教育的支持不足,创业教育专任师资短缺、创业教育课程过于理论化以及创业教育形式单一化等问题突出。对此,西部地方工科院校必须加快创业教育专任教师队伍建设,形成一支结构合理、专兼职匹配的师资团队,积极推进多元化的创业教育课程体系建设,形成阶段化的创业教育体系,构建“政府、学校、社会、家庭”等多元主体联动的创业教育服务体系。
