This paper proposes a reform model and methods of the organic integration based on"Microcontroller"and"C language"courses’working process;combined with the exploration and practice experience of several years, converting the achievement of college students’electronic design contests into teaching content, the learning fields of the new course“Microcontroller and C Programming Language”are reconstructed.%本文提出了一种基于工作过程的《单片机》与《C语言》课程有机整合的改革模式和方法，结合几年来的探索和实践经验，将参加全国大学生电子设计竞赛的成果及时转化为教学内容，并对组合成的新课程《单片机与C语言程序设计》学习领域进行了重构。
