本文结合应用型本科院校实际，思考学院办公室职能如何改革创新更利于学院整体运行与发展，从四种政治意识、服务意识、大局意识和创新意识出发，探索学院办公室调研辅助决策，督查督办促进贯彻落实等职能，从高从严加强自身建设，促进应用型本科院校发展。%In this paper, combining with the actual situation of applied undergraduate colleges, consider how the functions of college institute office reform is more conducive to the overall operation and development. From the four kinds of political consciousness, service consciousness, overall situation consciousness and innovative consciousness, explore research and assistant decision-making of college office, and supervision division to promote the functions of implementation.
