我校为了提高学生的学习兴趣和学习能力，提高教师的工作效率，正在积极探索一种新的教学模式，即分层教学。分层教学符合学生的实际情况，能充分调动学生的主观能动性，最大限度地挖掘学生的潜能，同时，培养教师的责任心，提高教育教学质量，对此，根据我校开展的分层次教学的实际情况，笔者做了简单的分析和总结。%In order to improve the learning interest and the learning ability of students in our school, to improve the efficiency of teachers' work, the school is actively exploring a new teaching mode, namely the hierarchical teaching.
