Taking the full-time masters majoring in architectural and civil engineering in Guangzhou University as the research object, make the questionnaire survey. Analyze the enrollment, cultivation status and employment intention of full-time masters. And the questionnaire results show that the current training mode and methods of masters majoring in architectural and civil engineering have certain problems. Based on the investigation, analyze the deficiencies, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.%以广州大学全日制建筑与土木工程专业硕士研究生为研究对象，进行了问卷调查。分析了全日制专业硕士研究生的生源、培养现状和就业意向等，问卷调查结果表明，目前土木工程专业硕士研究生的培养模式和方法存在一定的问题，本文通过调查分析其存在的不足，并提出相应的对策。
