中国内地中学英语教师专业能力发展对比与改进

         

摘要

Countries in the world have pursued educational development by promoting teachers'professional competence. In order to ameliorate the measures to foster educational talents and adapt to social changes, it is indispensable to review the history of the teacher professional development at home and abroad and make a comparison from such different angles as ages and countries. Besides, it also involves the introduction to the situation and problems of the professional development in middle school in mainland China. Finally, the conclusion is reached after the thorough analysis, namely, cultivating measures should be carried out from four aspects.%20世纪50年代至今,各国通过推动教师发展带动国家教育的发展.通过回顾国内外的教师专业能力发展的历程,对比不同时代不同国情背景下教师能力发展的状况,并以中国内地中学英语教师的专业能力发展作为切入点,目的是找到改进教育行业人才能力培养的措施,以适应社会发展和行业转变.同时分析中国内地英语教师在能力培养和发展方面存在的问题并得出结论:中国内地中学英语教师专业能力培养需从四个方面继续进行调整和改善.
