It requires the ability to combine information technology and accounting, and the ability to absorb more new knowledge and so on. Therefore, by researching into this topic, the author explored the basic principles for talents cultivating, and summarized the current talent cultivating situation, and thus brought in brief effective solutions about how to improve our talents cultivating and to provide reference for the cultivating situation of informationized accounting talents in our country.
