This paper focuses on the cultivation process management of vocational college students that receive 2 years professional education and 1 year enterprise training. Construct the whole process of management, and specify the process planning, implementation and testing. Besides, a three level index for process detecting system is proposed, with definite evaluation criteria and methods and entire process track.
