地下混凝土工程,其抗渗抗裂能力的好坏直接影响整个工程的质量,为了保证地下工程的安全可靠,本文提出将PDCA循环模式应用在防裂混凝土的配合比设计、实际工程施工和现场监测阶段。通过三次PDCA循环,设计出一种高性能防裂混凝土配合比。结果表明,该配合比为膨胀剂和聚羧酸高效减水剂共同添加,相比普通高效减水剂,大大提高了混凝土的流动性、抗压强度和抗渗能力,减少了水泥用量;后期现场监测数据表明高温条件下掺入膨胀剂使早期裂缝得到控制。 PDCA在高性能混凝土的配合比设计、工程施工和现场监测等阶段的应用,为整个工程质量控制提供了保障和管理依据。%The quality of whole project is affected by underground engineer-ing’s anti-crack and anti-permeability. This paper put forward a method to im-prove engineering’s safety. It is application of PDCA circulation patterns on an-ti-crack concrete’s mix design, engineering construction and field monitoring. A high performance anti-crack concrete was designed by three times circulations of PDCA. Results showed that it improved concrete ’s workability, strength and im-permeability, and reduced the dosage of cement by using expanding agent and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The field monitoring showed that its early cracks were controlled under high temperature conditions. Otherwise, PDCA circulation was applied on each stage, and it provided guarantee and management basis for concrete quality control.
