In view of the serious situation of wind power curtailment and the forming mechanism of feed-in tariff of wind power generation-side need to be improved in China,current wind power development situation is analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of wind power pricing mechanism in China are discussed,and then four indicators of wind power curtailment rate,newly added grid-connection capacity of wind power,GDP and power consumption are selected and the regression analysis method is used to analyze the influence factors which related to wind power curtailment rate of 13 wind power curtailment provinces in China.The result shows that the increasing of power consumption can reduce wind powercurtailment rate and promote wind power consumption.Finally,some suggestions to improve current situation of wind power in China are also presented,including perfecting the calculation method of feed-in tariff of wind power generation-side,introducing Renewable Portfolio Standard gradually and increasing wind power's proportion in power consumption.%针对当前我国“弃风限电”形势加剧和风电发电侧上网电价的形成机制急需改进等问题,通过分析我国风电发展的实际情况,探讨我国风电定价机制的优势与不足,并选取弃风率、风电新增并网容量、地区生产总值和电力消费量这四个指标,采用回归分析方法对我国13个重点“弃风”省份有关弃风率的影响因素进行分析,得到提高电力消费量可以降低弃风率以促进风电消纳的结果,最后提出要完善风电发电侧上网电价的核算方法,逐步引入可再生能源配额制和提高风电在电力消费量中的占比来改善我国风电发展现状的合理建议.
