终端雨洪生态调蓄技术在海绵城市建设中的应用--沣西新城中心绿廊示范项目

         

摘要

以我国西北地区首家海绵城市建设试点—西咸新区沣西新城为案例,在全面介绍其城市雨水收集利用系统(基于低影响开发理念)的基础上,重点剖析了作为该系统终端的雨洪调蓄枢纽单元—中心绿廊项目。对其设计工作原理及雨水消纳能力进行了阐述与定量评价,探讨了其雨洪综合管理效益及与传统人工调蓄池技术的差异。结果表明,中心绿廊集径流总量、径流峰值、面源污染控制等功能于一身,在有效提升区域防洪排涝标准的同时,兼具景观、经济、生态、环境等多重效益,为海绵城市建设中绿色、灰色基础设施的有机融合,提供了实践参考。%By taking Fengxi New City of Shaanxi Xixian New Area approved as the first national pilot sponge city in northwest China as the study case,rainwater collection and utilization system of this city based on the theory of low impact development was introduced, and Central Green Corridor which is the terminal unit of above system for stormwater control and storage was mainly analyzed. In detail,working principle and rainwater retention capacity of Central Green Corridor were illustrated and evaluated quantitatively as well as its comprehensive benefits and comparison with traditional storage tank. The results indicate that Central Green Corridor has multiple functions,including runoff volume control,runoff peak control and non-point source pollution control,which can effectively improve the regional flood control and drainage standards,bring about landscape,economic,environmental and ecological benefits and provide a practical reference for the combination of green and grey infrastructures in sponge city construction.
