本文通过分析当前陕西省集中代收付业务发展过程中所存在的问题，结合人民银行二代支付系统的业务功能特点，对在新的系统运行环境下，如何进一步促进集中代收付业务发展进行了深入思考，并提出了几点建议。%Through analyzing the current problems existing in the development process of centralized payment business in Shaanxi province, combined with the business function characteristics of the second generation payment system of the People’s Bank of Chi-na, the paper makes a deep reflection on how to further promote the development of the centralized payment business in the situation of the new system, and puts forward several suggestions.
