利率市场化改革是金融深化改革的重要标志，本文对我国利率市场化的现状进行了总结，对当前利率市场化存在的问题进行了分析，在借鉴其它国家利率市场化改革经验基础上提出建立存款保险制度、降低银行准入门槛、建立完善的退出机制、提高商业银行风险管理能力等建议。%The reform of interest rate marketization is an important symbol of the deepening of financial reforms. The paper sum-marizes the current situation of China's interest rate marketization, analyzes the problems existing in interest rate marketization. On the basis of learning the experience of other countries' interest rate marketization, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as establishing the deposit insurance system, lowering the threshold of bank entry, setting up a perfect exit mechanism, and improving the ability of the risk management of commercial banks.
