构建河北省皮革产业发展的SWOT矩阵，借助结构模型解析法，通过建立邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、绘制多级递阶结构图等步骤，将产业链协同发展战略、国际化发展战略、可持续发展战略、产业结构调整战略、密集式增长战略、科技创新发展战略和品牌化发展战略这7大发展战略划分为四个层次，提出实现河北省皮革产业持续健康发展的战略决策。%Based on constructing SWOT matrix, the seven development strategies, such as industrial chains coordinating development strategy, internationalization strategy, sustainable development strategy, industrial structure adjustment strategy, intensive growth strategy, technology innovation and development strategy, and brand development strategy were divided into four levels, by means of interpretive structural modeling. The decision for sustainable healthy development of the leather industry in Hebei province was put for-ward.
