This paper introduces the principle of Youden diagram, how to use Excel software to draw attention to the issue of evaluation criteria and application. By using data of formaldehyde content test in leather in proficiency test, the application of it in interlaboratory comparative analysis is pointed out, which contributes to the identifing and resolving of problem, and is favor to the quality of proficiency test project.% 介绍了 Youden 图的原理、如何运用 Excel 软件绘制、评价标准及运用时的注意问题，通过皮革甲醛能力验证实例运用，指出在实验室间对比结果分析中如何正确使用 Youden 图，及时发现和解决问题，为高质量地完成实验室能力验证项目提供参考。
