离子色谱法检测皮革提取液中的Cr3+和Cr6+

         

摘要

建立了同时测定皮革提取液中三价铬和六价铬的离子色谱分析方法。使用IonPac CS5A色谱柱可以在8 min内完成两种铬的价态分析,三价铬和六价铬分别以PDCA和DPC作为络合剂,并分别在紫外和可见波长下用UV-Vis检测器进行检测。前处理中使用On Guard RP柱除去皮革浸提液中可能存在的染料等有机污染物质。该方法对三价铬和六价铬的检测限分别为31.0μg/L和0.41μg/L。该方法灵敏度高,分析干扰少,高效准确。%  This paper established the simultaneous determination of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium in leather extract by ion chromatographic analysis method. Using IonPac CS5A chromatographic column can finishing two valent chromiums analysis in 8 min. Trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromi-um were chelated respectively by PDCA and DPC, and were detected respectively in ultraviolet and visible wavelength by UV - Vis detector. The possible presence of dyes and organic pollutants in leather extract were pretreated by On Guard RP column. The detection limit of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium were 31.0 μg/L and 0.41 μg/L respectively. This method is of high sensitivity, low disturbance, hign accuracy and efficiency.
