Phthalate ester plasticizer in artificial leather and synthetic leather was extracted by uhrasinic extraction method with hexane as the solvent, then the samples were purified by solid phase extraction （SPE）, and finnally the phthalate content was determined and confirmend by gas chromatograph-mass se- lection detector （GC-MSD）. The results indicated that the method was precise and reliable. This method provided recovery ratio of 90%, relative standard deviation of 5% and can meet the requirements of test,%采用超声波提取法，以正己烷为溶剂提取人造革合成革中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。用固相萃取方法（sPE）净化样品，用GC-MS法测定人造革合成革中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量，外标法定量，选择离子检测进行阳性确证。实验表明：该方法快速准确可靠，重现性好，平均回收率达90％以上，相对偏差小于5％．可满足试验的要求。
