The tissue slice of raw goatskin, pickled skin, limed skin and enzyme bated skin were stained with trichrome staining-Sudan IV method and aldehyde-fuchsin staining method respectively, and their pictures were obtained with optical microscope. Then the influences of different processes on the collagen fibers were discussed.%分别用三色染一苏丹Ⅳ染色法和醛品红染色法制备山羊原料皮、浸酸皮、浸灰碱皮、软化皮的组织切片，通过图片分析不同处理阶段对皮纤维的影响。
