基于uC/OS-Ⅱ的桥梁斜拉索表面病害的检测及定位方法

         

摘要

uC/OS-Ⅱis an embedded multi-tasking real-time operating system, which is widely used in the development of embedded control field.Regarding the disease detection of bridge stay-cable surface, with the STM32 F107 single-chip microcomputer as the control carrier and the uC/OS-Ⅱsystem as the control core, and in combination with the on-board sensor detection of the climbing machine, this article calculates the real-time position coordinates of the equipment, and then, in coordination with the video monitoring system of omnidirectional cable surface, and with the real-time wireless transmission as the communication link, it realizes the control of the console on terminal detection devices and the synchronization back-transmission of terminal device position coordinates and videos.Finally, it completes the disease detection and positioning of cable surface under the manual inspection operation.The established uC/OS-Ⅱembedded control system is used for the disease detection and positioning method of bridge stay-cable surface, and it has the characteristics of high detection efficiency, accurate result and economical convenience in practical applications.%uC/OS-Ⅱ是一种嵌入式多任务的实时操作系统, 广泛应用于嵌入式控制领域的开发.文章针对桥梁斜拉索表面的病害检测, 设计以STM32F107单片机为控制载体, uC/OS-Ⅱ系统为控制核心, 结合爬升机器人的车载传感器检测, 计算出设备的实时位置坐标, 配合全方位拉索表面的录像监测系统, 以实时无线传输为通信纽带实现控制台对终端检测设备的控制以及终端设备位置坐标及录像视频的同步回传, 并在人工检视操作下完成拉索表面的病害检测及定位.所建立的uC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式控制系统用于桥梁斜拉索表面的病害检测及定位方法, 在实际应用中具有检测效率高、结果准确、经济便捷的特点.
