为达到简化教学模型中多个群体目标参照测验的观察变量潜在维度的目的,需要探讨教学模型中关于因子与共变结构抽象概念的涵义、建立理论假设、分析运用因子分析法的条件等问题。在获得的大量测量参数中,寻找到较少的几个主要成分来解释大量观察变量背后隐含因子的意义,依据特征值大小确定因子个数,正交旋转获得新的参数后,建立因子结构最简方程式和理论学说,以满足教学的实际需求,为各种测验和量表编制提供更多的反馈信息和借鉴。%ABSTRACT:to simply theobserved variables's potential dimensions of the multiple target groups reference tests in the teaching model, we need to settle the issues of the implications between the factor and the covariance structure concept, the establishment of the theory assumption and the conditions for employing the factor analysis method. this paper utilizes several primary components to explain the implication of the implied factors in the large observed variables to establish the fundamental equation and theory of the factor structure, with the number of factors according to the size of the eigenvalues and the new parameters by orthogonal rotation. this ifnding can meet the needs of the teaching and provide more feedback information and examples for tests and scale devlopment.
