山西中部引黄工程TBM长距离独头掘进通风研究

         

摘要

结合山西中部引黄工程的线路及施工特点,在穿越黑茶山自然保护区时决定采用TBM施工,但由于工程实际情况取消了通风支洞后,TBM1标独头掘进距离长达26 km,其通风问题成为了制约工程安全、进度及经济效益的重要因素.在利用现有支洞及通风设备的条件下,采用压入式、吸出式、串联式和巷道式的复合通风方式,分3阶段进行通风系统的布置与运行,需风量及风压的校核计算表明此方案可以满足本工程的通风需求.此外,创新性地引入了无损接力风机连接片,以减少接力风机处的漏风量,为实现长距离通风提供更为有利的保障.%According to the line and construction characteristics of Shanxi Central Yellow River Diversion project, TBM con-struction was adopted when crossing the black -tea mountain nature reserve.After the ventilation tunnel was cancelled due to the actual project condition,TBM has a blind heading range of 26km,so the ventilation issue had become an important factor that re-stricted the project safety,progress and economic benefit.On the basis of using existing tunnel and ventilation equipment,a kind of composite ventilation system that included pressure mode,suction mode,tandem mode and roadway mode was put forward.In this new mode,the layout and operation of ventilation system were divided into three stages.Check calculation results of air pres-sure and wind pressure proved that it could satisfy the ventilation requirement.In addition,a kind of non-destructive relay fan connection piece was introduced into this project,which can reduce the air leakage at relay fan and provide a better protection for long-distance ventilation.
