穿黄工程斜井针梁台车的结构性态分析

         

摘要

Being different from concrete pouring in adit,the forcing state of needle beam trolley on ramps is unbalanced , so more attentions should be paid on safety of structure. On the basis of the tunnel project crossing Yellow River in East Route Pro-ject of South-to-North Water diversion, 3D finite element theory and approach were applied to establish a finite analysis mod-el, the stress and deformation of the trolley template and needle beam in the process of concrete pouring at inclined shaft section were obtained, and the data all meets the stiffness and strength demand. The successful application of calculation results shows that the calculation method is feasible, which has some reference for the similar projects.%与平洞混凝土的浇筑不同,运行在斜坡上的针梁台车会出现明显的受力不均衡,其结构安全性问题更令人关注。以南水北调东线穿黄隧洞斜井段工程为依托,综合应用三维有限元计算理论和方法,建立了有限元模型,进而得到全断面针梁台车在斜井段混凝土浇筑过程中台车模体与针梁的应力值和变形量,其值均满足相关规范的强度和刚度要求。计算成果在该工程中的成功应用验证了本文计算分析方法的可行性,也对以后针梁台车在类似斜井工程中的应用有着参考意义。
