大型地下厂房水泵机组的无水动平衡试验

         

摘要

The pump station of Niulanjiang employs high-head, large-flow centrifugal pump unit with the largest installed capacity in China. With the design of synchronous motor drive by vertical layout, the axial height of pump unit is very large and the distance between the top of electric motor and the bottom of inlet pipe is about 18m. It's impossible to do the water-free dy-namic balance test after the installation of the pump and electric motor units in the factory, and it is also the first time to do the water-free dynamic balance test in the construction site in China. As the diversion system is unable to supply and drain water for the technical needs of unit in underground powerhouse because of its empty status in water-free dynamic balance test, the tech-nical water supply system is the key to the safe test of the pump unit. Through analysis and research, the temporary water supply and original technical water supply schemes are combined, which is proved capable of satisfying the technical needs of the pump unit in the test through the operation effects. The test results also prove that it is feasible to do water-free dynamic balance test for pump large unit in underground powerhouse and provide reference for the water-free dynamic balance test of similar large pump unit in surface powerhouse.%牛栏江泵站机组为国内目前单机容量最大的高扬程大流量离心泵组,采用立式布置同步电动机驱动设计,泵组轴向高度尺寸大,电动机顶部与水泵进水管底部高度大约为18 m。如此大型的水泵机组,无法在制造厂内进行水泵与电动机组装后的无水动平衡试验,而要在工地现场进行无水状态下的动平衡试验在国内属于首次;无水试验因泵站引水系统处于空管状态,无法为地下厂房内机组提供试验所需技术供排水,因此试验技术中的供水系统是本次泵组试验能否安全进行的关键。经分析研究,决定采用临时供水与原技术供水方案相结合的方式。运行效果表明,该方式满足了大型地下厂房水泵机组的无水动平衡试验对泵组技术供水的要求;大型地下泵站开展无水动平衡试验是完全可行的。试验成果可为类似大型地面厂房泵组无水试验提供技术参考。
