南水北调中线煤矿采空区注浆材料配比优化设计

         

摘要

In order to avoid the uneven settlement of the main canal of South -to -North Water Diversion Middle Route built on coal mined -out area,the grouting measures should be taken.Taguchi method was used to design the ratio of grouting materi-als.After determination of test schemes under 3 factor 4 level orthogonal table,the uniaxial compressive strength test for consoli-dation grout was conducted and the contribution ratio and Signal -to -Noise (S /N)ratio were analyzed.On this basis,the influ-ences of expansive soil content,fly ash content and silica fume content on uniaxial compressive strength of consolidation grout were analyzed,and the optimal ratio of grouting material was obtained.Then the uniaxial compressive strength of consolidation grout with the optimal ratio was predicted by Taguchi Method.The validation test indicated that the test result was in line with the predicted data under the optimal ratio of consolidation grout.Therefore,Taguchi Method was proved to be effective for optimizing the ratio of grouting materials.%为避免建设在煤矿采空区上的南水北调中线总干渠在运行过程中发生不均匀沉降变形,需对采空区进行注浆处理,基于田口方法对所用注浆材料配比进行了优化设计。首先在3因素4水平正交表中确定的试验方案下进行了注浆结石体的无侧限抗压强度试验,随后基于试验结果进行了无侧限抗压强度的信噪比和贡献率分析,在此基础上定量分析了粉煤灰、膨胀土掺量和硅粉掺量3种可控因素对注浆结石体无侧限抗压强度的影响,据此得出了注浆材料最优配比。最后,利用田口方法对最优配比条件下的注浆结石体的无侧限抗压强度进行预测。验证试验表明,注浆材料最优配比条件下的试验值与田口方法的预测值比较吻合,确认了田口法在注浆材料配比优化设计中的有效性。
