向家坝左岸电站厂房蜗壳混凝土施工与质量控制

         

摘要

The concrete placement of the spiral case of a hydropower house is challenged by several difficulties such as compli -cated shape , interference of multi -constructions intersection , strict requirement of assembling accuracy and difficult concrete vi-bration, so its construction is the most complicated in power house construction .We give a detail presentation to the construction characteristics , main procedures and quality control measures in the spiral case construction of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station . Through a series of controlling measures , including preventing the lifting deformation , ensuring grouting compactness and control-ling temperature rise, we guaranteed the construction quality of the largest spiral case in China .%水电站厂房蜗壳混凝土浇筑具有体型复杂、专业交叉干扰多、蜗壳安装精度要求高、混凝土振捣困难等特点,是电站厂房最为复杂的施工部位,质量控制难度大。详细论述了向家坝水电站蜗壳混凝土的施工特点、主要施工程序和质量控制措施。向家坝左岸电站厂房施工主要通过防止蜗壳抬动变形、保证浇筑密实、控制混凝土最高温升等一系列措施,保证了目前国内最大发电机组蜗壳混凝土的浇筑质量,施工质量满足要求,可供其它工程借鉴。
