With the development of technologies of admixture and additive in concrete,the technologic base for making up high performance concrete has been laid.High performance concrete should have not only high strength,but also excellent durability,relatively high crack resistance and relatively high volumetric stability,etc.The most effective ingredients for making up high performance concrete are super-plasticizing agent,fly ash or slag powder,silicon powder.Main properties and usages of these materials are briefly expounded to provide some practical guides for making up high performance concrete.%随着现代混凝土外加剂和掺合料技术的发展，配制高性能混凝土技术基础已经具备。高性能混凝土不仅只是具有较高的强度，而且还应具有良好的耐久性，较高的抗热裂性能以及较高的尺寸稳定性等。配制高性能混凝土最有效的几种组分是超塑化剂、粉煤灰或矿渣、硅粉。简要论述了这些材料的主要性能和使用方法，为配制高性能混凝土提供一些实用性的引导。
