The paper summarizes the basic condition of the Lijiang extra large bridge of the railway from Dali to Ruili. The calculation and analysis of the effect on river channelfl ood discharging capacity of the construction of the bridge show that the bridge meets the river channel at right angles, the intersection angle of the bridge pier axis and thefl ow direction is zero, the backwater is quite limited, the backwater curve is not long and that the bridge has no much infl uence on the river channelfl ood discharging capacity.%概括介绍大理至瑞丽铁路跨越瑞丽江特大桥基本情况，由桥梁建设对河道过洪能力的计算分析可知。桥梁与河道正交，桥墩轴线与水流方向的交角为0，壅水影响范围不大，壅水曲线不长，桥梁对河道过洪能力影响较小。
