目的 评价微信式远程护理模式对居家压疮治愈率的影响.方法 选取出院二期压疮居家护理患者和门诊压疮患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例.观察组实施微信式远程护理模式,对照组采用发放压疮相关资料等传统护理模式.1个月后,对两组患者效果进行评价.结果 观察组与对照组压疮治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微信式远程护理模式对提高居家压疮治愈率的护理服务模式,具有方便、快捷、有效等优势,解决了部分患者"就医难就医贵"问题,值得推广应用.%Objective Evaluate distance home-care mode of Wechat's effect on the cure rate of home-care pressure ulcers. Methods 100 samples from our hospital's second-term home-care patients of pressure ulcers and second-term outpatients of pressure ulcers were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each groups. The experimental group was used distance home-care mode of Wechat, and the control group was used traditional care mode such as being given documents about pressure ulcers. A month later,two groups were evaluated for effectiveness of two care modes. Results Pressure ulcer cure rate are compared between the control group and experimental group with statistically significance difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Distance home-care mode of Wechat can effectively improve the cure rate of home-care pressure ulcers with advantage of convenience, speedness and so on. It also solves the problem of "difficulties and high expense in medical care",which should be widely applied.
