目的 观察洗痔散坐浴对于痔疮术后的疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、生活水平的影响.方法 选取2016年1月至12月间在本院接受手术治疗的82例痔疮患者作为观察对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组术后给予常规术后治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予洗痔散坐浴,治疗1个疗程后评估两组患者临床疗效,观察两组患者术后1d、7d时手术创面的渗出情况、创口愈合程度、肛缘水肿程度,于术前,术后1d、3d、7d多点观察两组患者患处疼痛程度及血清CRP表达水平,于术前、术后7d评估两组患者生活质量并进行比较分析.结果 对照组总有效率为80.49％,观察组总有效率为92.68％,观察组临床疗效整体优于对照组(P<0.05).术后1d两组创口渗出、愈合程度及肛缘水肿评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);术后7d时两组创口渗出、愈合程度及肛缘水肿评分均有所好转,组内比较有明显差异(P<0.05);术后7d时观察组创口渗出、愈合程度及肛缘水肿评分均优于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05).术前、术后1d两组VAS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);术后3d、7d观察组VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分均于术后1d达峰值随后下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05).术前、术后1d两组血清CRP表达水平均无明显差异(P>0.05);术后3d、7d观察组血清CRP表达水平优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清CRP表达水平均于术后1d达峰值随后下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05).结论 洗痔散坐浴应用于痔疮术后疗效理想,能够减少手术创面渗出、缓解肛缘水肿、加快创面肉芽组织新生、缓解术后疼痛、预防或降低术后炎性反应,从而有效促使患者手术创口尽早愈合.%Objective To observe the effect of sitz bath wash hemorrhoids powder for hemorrhoids after surgery and the influence on serum CRP and the level of life. Methods 82 cases of hemorrhoids patients received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object from January 2016 to December 2016,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine postoperative treatment,the observation group was given wash hemorrhoids bath powder based on the treatment in control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated after a course of treatment,the wound healing,perianal edema degree,preoperative and postoperative 1D,3D,7d points were observed in the two groups. The degree of pain and serum C reaction protein(CRP)expression level in operation before and after 7d were evaluated in two groups and compared the quality of life. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.49％,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68％,and the overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05. The wound healing and exudation,perianal edema score in two groups 1 day after surgery showed no difference between the groups,P>0.05. The wound exudation,healing and perianal edema were improved in the two groups 7d after operation,group comparison P<0.05. Compared between the two groups, postoperative 7d in observation group,wound healing and exudation,edema of anal P<0.05 scores were better than the control group. The preoperative and postoperative 1D and VAS scores of the two groups were no difference in P>0.05. After 3D,the 7d VAS scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group,P<0.05. Two groups' VAS score in postoperative 1D reached the peak and then decreased,the decline in the observation group was more than that in the control group,P<0.05. Before surgery,the expression level of 1D in two groups and there were no differences in serum CRP,3D, 7d,P>0.05. Postoperative observation group serum CRP expression level than the control group,P<0.05. The expression levels of serum CRP in the two groups were recorded in 1D reached the peak and then decreased,the decline in the observation group was more than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Wash hemorrhoids hemorrhoids powder applies in postoperative ideal,can reduce surgical wound,relieve perianal edema, accelerate wound granulation tissue of newborn,alleviate postoperative pain,prevent or reduce the postoperative inflammatory reaction,thereby effectively promote the patients with surgical wound healing as soon as possible.
