Objective To understand the cause of the male infertility and semen quality through conventional analysis of male semen. Methods Sperm quality analysis system was applied to examine the appearance,sperm quality,sperm sperm density sperm quality sperm rate as well as other dynamic factors from 167 samples of male semen collected from February,2016 to February,2017. Result Among the 167 samples,12cases (7.18％) were healthy in all aspects of sperm quality. The remaining 92.82％ of the specimens showed one or more of irregularities in quality. Among those samples,110 cases (62.5％) revealed a reduction in life span of sperm. 102 cases showed anomalies in sperm mobility. 136 cases(77.27％) showed an increase in sperm malformation rates and 14 cases(7.95) showed abnormally semen high pH levels. Conclusion Any abnormality in the sperm quality indicators may result in male sterility. Among them,the decrease in sperm survival rate mobility rate are the main cause of infertility.%目的 通过对男性精液的常规检测分析,以了解男性不育症的病因及精液质量状况.方法 应用彩色精子质量分析系统,对2016年2月至2017年2月求诊的167例男性的精液从外现、精液量、精子总数、精子密度、精子活力、精子畸形率等参数进行研究和分析.结果 在167例精液标本中,各项检查均在正常范围12例(占7.18％),其余92.82％的标本有一项或多项指标异常.其中,无精子7例(占4.19％),精子活力降低110例(占62.5％),精子活力异常102例(占57.9％),精液量异常24例(13.63％),精子畸形率增高136(占77.27％),PH值异常14例(占7.95％).结论 精液常规检查中任何指标异常均可能导致男性的不育,其中,精子存活率降低、精子活动力下降是男性不育的最主要原因.
