五味消毒饮合当归补血汤对Ⅲ类骨折患者炎性相关指标的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨中药五味消毒饮合当归补血汤在Ⅲ类骨折(开放性骨折)围手术期防治感染的临床疗效。方法四肢开放性骨折患者80例,其中上、下肢各40例,采用随机原则分为上、下肢对照组及观察组各20例。对照组临床常规用药,观察组中药联合临床常规用药治疗。各组术前及术后第1、5天检测并比较血常规、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标。结果围手术期及后期随访两组中均无感染患者。对照组及观察组各血常规、血沉、CRP等指标术后第1天均表现值最高,后随时间逐渐呈降低状态,但对比发现观察组各指标较对照组下降更明显。结论五味消毒饮合当归补血汤在Ⅲ类骨折切口围手术期防治感染具有一定加强效果。%ObjectiveTo Investigate the clinical curative effect on the prevention and treatment of infection of Wuweixiaodu drink and Danggui Buxue decoction during perioperative period in type III fracture on.Method For 80 cases of limbs opened or compound fracture patients with 2014 December-2016 March period in our hospital,which Upper limb in 40 cases and lower limb in 40 cases,then each were divided into control group and observation group,each of 20 cases through the principle of random.Control group was treated withclinical routine treatment,for observation group ,traditional Chinese medicine was combined with clinical routine treatment as in control group.Each group of patients were collected with the blood routine,ESR,CRP before operation,1 day after operation and 5 day after operation.Result Perioperative period and late follow-up patients with no infection in two group. Blood routine,ESR,CRP showed the highest index in 1 day after operation,then as time began to fall. And each index significantly declined in the observation group.ConclusionWuweixiaodu drink and Danggui Buxue decoction have the strengthen clinical effect during perioperative period in type III fracture incision with an effect of prevention and treatment of infection.
