目的：观察玻璃酸钠注射液联合曲安奈德复合液硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。两组患者均常规应用曲安奈德复合液进行硬膜外注射，观察组在此基础上加用玻璃酸钠，采用J OA功能评分和VAS评分评估两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组中央型和外侧型的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；而远外侧型两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组总临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义；同时观察组患者临床治愈所需时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论玻璃酸钠注射液联合曲安奈德复合液硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于单纯应用曲安奈德复合液。%ObjectiveThe clinical effect on lumbar disc herniation treated with hyaluronic acid combined with triamcinolone composite liquid given through epidural injection was observed.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group and control group as 1:1 ratio. Two groups of patients were both treated with triamcinolone composite liquid through epidural injection. In addition,hyaluronic acid was also given to treatment group. JOA scores and VAS scores were used to evaluate the clinical effect and pain measurement,respectively.Results The cure rates of treatment group on central-type and lateral-type were both more effective than control group(P<0.05);while there was no signifi cance of the cure rates between treatment group and control group on far outer-type(P>0.05);The total cure rate of treatment group was more effective than control group(P<0.05). And,the healing time of treatment group was shorter than control group(P<0.05). The VAS scores of treatment group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyaluronic acid combined with triamcinolone composite liquid is defi nite effi cacy in the patients with lumbar disc herniation,which is better than the application of triamcinolone composite liquid.
