ObjectiveTo analyzed the adverse reactions of cefuroxime(ADR)analysis report unreasona,provide reference for clinical rational drug use.MethodsFrom October 2013 to September 2014 the clinical data in our hospital of cefuroxime adverse reactions were analyzed. Results Adverse reactions in Cefuroxime mainly consisted of allergic reactions caused by the time,adverse reactions were more concentrated in less than 1 hours,and was closely related with the liver and kidney function,usage,dosage,the patient's constitution,and therewas a certain relationship with the drug in the body weight savings or its metabolic products.Conclusion Cefuroxime causes less adverse reaction,but in clinical application more attention should be paid to,and shall not exceed the dose over time,especially for the elderly,children.%目的：分析头孢呋辛不良反应（ADR）报告中不合理用药情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2014年9月57例头孢呋辛不良反应的临床资料。结果头孢呋辛引起的不良反应中以变态反应为主，不良反应发生时间多集中于1h内，与用药剂量、用法、患者的体质、肝肾功能紧密相关，且与药物在体内积蓄的量或其代谢产物有一定关系。结论头孢呋辛引起不良反应较少，但在临床应用中也要引起注意，不能超剂量、超时间应用，尤其对于老年人、儿童患者更应谨慎用药。
