目的：了解直肠癌低位前切除术（LAR）后患者对生活质量的主观评价，分析相关因素，以提高患者生活质量。方法采用最大差异选样法选取直肠癌低位前切除术后患者11例，从症状领域和功能领域两方面进行半结构性访谈，采用Colaizzi法分析资料。结果直肠癌LAR术后患者对生活质量的主观体验：症状领域表现为腹泻或大便失禁的困扰、自我负担、焦虑和悲观，功能领域表现为对身体形象不满意、性功能和性渴望下降、对预后的期望不高。结论直肠癌低位前切除综合征（LARS）引致患者极大的生理和心理困扰，严重影响其生活质量，应及时给予护理干预，帮助患者逐步恢复正常排便，提高患者生活质量。%ObjectiveTo study the subjective evaluation of life quality and analyze relevant factors,so as to enhance the quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer after lower anterior resection Operation(LAR).Methods11 low rectal cancer patients with postoperative semi-structured were recruited by the sample selection of maximum difference and investigated with semi-structure interview from the field of symptom and functional. Colaizzi method was used to analyze qualitative data in the study.ResultsDiarrhea and fecal incontinence,self feelings of burden, anxiety,and pessimistic were showed in symptom field;Unsatisfied with Self-imag,sexual function and diminished libido,expectation of prognosis were showed in functional areas.These symptoms are the subjective experience of life quality of the patients with low rectal cancer after lower anterior resection.Conclusion Lower anterior resection syndrome(LARS)brings great distress on physiological and psychological to the patients with low rectal cancer after lower anterior resection,which seriously debases life quality of patients. Nursing intervention should be given in time to help patients gradually to return normal defecation and improve the quality of life of patients.
