目的：探讨CT增强检查患者晕厥的原因和应对策略，加强对CT增强检查患者晕厥原因的认识和应急处置能力。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2015年12月58例CT增强检查患者晕厥的临床资料。结果58例CT增强检查患者晕厥原因：晕针或晕血18例（31.0%），精神紧张9例（15.5%），低血糖性23例（39.7%），体位改变6例（10.3%），对比剂不良反应2例（0.03%）。结论了解和熟悉CT增强患者的晕厥常见原因及应对策略，可有效预防CT增强患者晕厥的发生，提高急救处置能力，切实保障CT增强检查安全有序进行。%ObjectiveTo explore the causes and strategies of syncope in patients with CT enhancement,to strengthen the understanding of the cause of CT enhancement in patients with syncope and emergency response capabilities.Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2011 to December 2015 were performed on 58 patients with CT enhancement examination of syncope in clinical data.Results 58 patients were examined with CT enhancement examination of syncope causes:Halo needle or halo of blood in 18 cases(31.0%),Mental stress in 9 cases(15.5%), Low blood sugar in 23 cases(39.7%),Postural changes in 6 cases(10.3%),Adverse reaction of contrast medium in 2 cases(0.03%). Conclusion Understanding and familiarity with common causes of CT fainting in patients with syncope and coping strategies,can effectively prevent the occurrence of patients with CT enhancement of syncope,improve first-aid treatment capacity,and effectively enhance the security CT orderly security to be checked and carried out.
