Objective To explore the overall nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Retrospective study of 60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015,randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing while the treatment group took overall nursing intervention.Before nursing and nursing after 12 weeks,respectively conducted on two groups of patients with VAS(Visual Analogue Scale),SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale)and ADL(Activity Of Daily Living Scale)score and compared between groups. Results Before nursing,three marks of control group were(6.8±1.6)、(58.2±7.7)、(81.3±3.3),while treatment group were(6.9±1.4)、(60.1±8.0)、(80.4±3.7),the score data difference had no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05). Nursing after 12 weeks,three marks of treatment group were(45.3±7.1)、(3.6±1.2)、(102.3±6.8),while control group were(55.7±7.6)、(6.7±1.1)、(89.0±7.1),the score data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing,the overall nursing intervention can significantly reduce pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, alleviate the pressure of the mood,improve life self-care ability,has positive effect to the treatment,is worth wide use in the clinical.%目的 探讨整体护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者的影响.方法 2015年1月至6月类风湿性关节炎患者60例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各30例.对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行整体护理干预.护理前、后,分别对两组患者进行疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、抑郁自评表法(SDS)、生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分并比较.结果 护理前,对照组三项评分分别为(6.8±1.6)分、(58.2±7.7)分、(81.3±3.3)分,观察组三项评分分别为(6.9±1.4)分、(60.1±8.0)分、(80.4±3.7)分,两组患者各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理结束后,观察组三项评分分别为(45.3±7.1)分、(3.6±1.2)分、(102.3±6.8)分,对照组三项评分分别为(55.7±7.6)分、(6.7±1.1)分、(89.0±7.1)分,两组患者各项评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 整体护理干预相比于常规护理能够明显减轻类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛,缓解情绪压力,提高患者生活自理能力,对治疗具有积极效果,值得临床推广使用.
