Objective To study the clinical value of β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2) in peripheral blood form normal pregnancy,abortion and ectopic pregnancy. Method Serum levels of blood β-HCG,P,E2 were detected in 217 cases amenorrhea from 30day to 49day graveda of nature pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology clinic by automatic rapid fluorescent enzyme labeling method. And they were divided into three chasses according pregnancy outcome,normal pregnancy 146 cases,abortion 48 cases,ectopic pregnancy 23 cases. Result The serum β-HCG,P,E2 levels of normal pregnancy were significantly higher than that of the ectopic pregnancy and abortion patients. The serum β-HCG,P levels of the abortion were significantly higher than that of the ectopic pregnancy,but the the level of serum E2 was similar to the ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Joint test of β-HCG,P,E2 is a important cilinical evaluation of early pregnancy. It also have the higher cilincal significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of normal pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy and abortion.%目的 探讨早孕期血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)在正常妊娠、流产及异位妊娠患者血中的临床价值.方法 采用全自动快速荧光酶标法对217例自然受孕的停经30~49d内孕妇进行血清P、E2、β-HCG监测,按妊娠结局分正常妊娠组146例、流产组48例、异位妊娠组23例.结果 正常妊娠组,其血清β-HCG、P、E2水平明显高于异位妊娠组及流产组,流产组血清β-HCG、P水平高于异位妊娠组,而E2水平与异位妊娠组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 β-HCG、P、E2联合检测可以作为妊娠早期重要的临床评价指标.对正常妊娠、异位妊娠和流产的诊断和鉴别诊断有较高的临床意义.
