Objective To explore the surgical technique and postoperative complications of ureteroscopic holmium laser urethrotomy for urethral strictures after treatment,surgical technique and postoperative complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of the December 2014 ～2016 year in December in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of patients with urethral stricture from December 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital was performedas the research object,and according to the different treatment the patients were divided into two groups,according to the different treatment. 30 cases in control group were given traditional open surgery treatment; while 30 cases in the observation group were given ureteroscopic holmium laser incision,in treatment and operation situation of two groups of patients,the clinical treatment effect and complications and carry out awere comprehensive evaluatedevaluation. Results The operation time,of observation group. The amount of bleeding,indwelling catheter time of observation group were was significantly lower than than in the control group (P<0.05),there was statistical significance;the total efficiency of the observation group reached 93.3％,and 70％ in the control group showed significant difference (P<0.05),existence Sstatistical significance;and the observation group after treatment 2 cases of urinary incontinence,infectious complications,accountinged for 6.7％,significantly lower than 33.3％in the control group 33.3％,two groups of differences (P<0.05),was significant. Conclusion Given ureteroscopic holmium laser urethrotomy in the treatment of patients with posterior urethral stricture can effectively shorten operation time,reduce the the amount of bleeding,and fewer and complications,and has high safety and effectiveness. It efficacy and safety is high,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的 观察输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗后尿道狭窄的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2014年12月至2016年12月60例后尿道狭窄患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为2组,对照组30例,予传统开放手术治疗.观察组30例,予输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗,比较两组患者手术情况、临床治疗效果及术后并发症情况.结果 观察组患者手术时间、出血量及留置导管时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率93.3％优于对照组70.0％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2例发生尿失禁、感染并发症,占6.7％,显著低于对照组33.3％,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05).结论 对后尿道狭窄患者给予输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗,能够有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,且并发症少,具有较高的安全性与有效性,值得临床推广应用.
