目的评估淋巴细胞-单核细胞比值(LMR)对胃癌预后价值的判断.方法从Pubmed、Web of science和CNKI数据库中系统搜索相关文献,按照纳入标准选择文献、提取相关资料后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析.结果共纳入9篇文献10763例病例,Meta分析结果显示,LMR升高是影响胃癌患者预后的因素,可明显提高胃癌患者的总体生存率[风险比(HR)=0.62,95%置信区间(CI):0.50-0.77,P<0.01].结论Meta分析得出LMR升高的胃癌患者预后较好,临床上应多关注LMR.%Objective To evaluate the prognostic role of the lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR) in gastric cancer by meta-analysis. MethodsA systematic search was performed in PubMed,Web of science and CNKI. The literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria. After extracting data,the meta-analysis was performed by Stata 12.0 software.ResultsNine studies which fitted criteria including 10763 gastric cancer cases were involved in this meta-analysis. The Meta-analysis showed the increased level of LMR was the prognostic factor of gastric cancer patients and indicated better overall survival(OS)[hazard ratio(HR)=0.62,95%,confidence interval(CI):0.50-0.77, P<0.01].Conclusion This meta-analysis shows that a higher LMR is associated with better survival in patients with gastric cancer, we should pay more attention to LMR in gastric cancer patients.
