Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the care of intertrochanteric fracture in perioperative period. Methods 80 patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated by operation From November 2011 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,44 cases in observation group group and 44 cases in control group. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological comfort level, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological comfort level in the observation group was better than in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 38.5%,which was obviously lower than 91.7.67% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions Application effect of in the care of intertrochanteric fracture in perioperative period,can rise the psychological comfort level reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient′s satisfaction on nursing,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨舒适护理在股骨转子间骨折围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年11月至2015年11月股骨转子间骨折手术治疗的老年患者80例，随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（44例）。对照组给予常规护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理干预，比较两组的心理舒适度、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者心理舒适度优于对照组（P<0.01），观察组并发症率为91.7％；对照组并发症率为38.5％，观察组患者并发症发生率少于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理在股骨转子间骨折围手术期护理中的应用效果显著，能够提高患者心理舒适度，降低患者的并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
