目的：探讨腺苷负荷心肌灌注显像（MPI）对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断价值。方法以冠状动脉造影作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断的金标准，对患者进行MPI与冠状动脉造影检查。结果腺苷负荷心肌灌注显像与冠状动脉造影对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断无显著差别。结论 MPI为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断的无创方法，对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病有较高的诊断价值，值得广泛推广应用。%ObjectiveTo sssess the accuracy of adenosine Tc-99m-labeled mycardial perfusion imaging,compared with coronary angiography for detecting coronary disease.MethodsCoronary angiography is the gold standard of detecting coronary artery disease,All patents were received adenosine Tc-99m-labeled mycardial perfusion imaging,and coronary angiography.ResultsThe adenosine Tc-99m-labeled mycardial perfusion imaging,compared with coronary angiography was no significant difference in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.ConclusionsAdenosine Tc-99m-labeled mycardial perfusion imaging,were safe,effective,and painless in the diagnosis coronary artery disease.
