Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value in the duplication of renal pelvis and ureter with CT urography(CTU).Methods The CTU imagings of 20 cases of renal pelvis and ureter duplication patients confirmed by surgery,ureteroscopy or clinical in our hospital infrom January 2010 to 2014 were retrospective analyzed.Results20 cases of renal pelvis and ureter duplication were diagnosed accurately by CTU . 20 cases had 23 lesions,bilateral renal duplication in 3 cases,unilateral renal duplication in 17 cases,13 cases of merge duplicate hydroureter,3 cases of infection, 2 cases of ureteral stones merger,2 cases no clear reason hydroureter,six cases merger multiple kidney stones and renal pelvic stones beside. Conclusions CTU through VR,MIP,MPR,CPR images can accurately show the whole pelvis and ureter duplication anatomy.So that CTU should be the first choice for the diagnosis of renal pelvis and ureter duplication.%目的：探讨CT尿路成像（CTU）在肾盂输尿管重复畸形患者中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年1月经手术、输尿管镜或临床证实的且临床资料完整的20例肾盂输尿管重复畸形患者的CTU检查资料。结果20例肾盂输尿管重复畸形全部由CTU诊断， CTU诊断的准确性100%。20例肾盂输尿管重复畸形共有23处病变，其中双侧重复肾3例，单侧重复肾17例。13例合并重复输尿管积水，3例合并感染，2例合并输尿管结石，2例无明确原因输尿管积水，并发多发肾结石、肾盂旁结石6例。结论 CTU通过 VR、MIP、MPR、CPR等后处理技术，能清楚显示肾盂输尿管重复畸形的整体解剖形态，可作为诊断肾盂输尿管重复畸形的首选检查方法。
