TSGF和CA19-9在大鼠梗阻性黄疸模型肝组织中的表达及意义

         

摘要

目的:探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)和糖类肿瘤相关抗原(CA 19-9)在大鼠梗阻性黄疸模型肝组织中的表达及意义。方法采用快速检测试剂盒检测模型组和对照组(各30只大鼠)肝脏组织中的TSGF和CA 19-9表达水平,用t检验、关联性分析等比较组间差异,分析其生物学意义。结果模型组大鼠各时间点TB、ALT、AST等指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),ALB明显低于对照组(P<0.05);模型组术TSGF、CA 19-9水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且随手术时间延长而升高(R=0.970,P=0.006;R=0.987,P=0.006);TSGF及CA 19-9与TB呈较强的正相关关系(R=0.9196,R=0.7808), TSGF及CA 19-9与ALB呈较强的负相关关系(R=-0.8494,R=-0.7024,P<0.05)。结论梗阻性黄疸大鼠模型的肝脏功能损伤越严重,TSGF、CA 19-9水平越高,提示肿瘤越有可能存在,对于梗阻性黄疸患者应及早进行治疗,以避免病情恶化。%Objective To investigate the expressions of TSGF and CA 19-9 and their significance in the liver of rat model of obstructive jaundice. Methods Rapid detection kit was to used detect the expression levels of TSGF and CA 19-9 of the model group and the control(30 rats each). T-test and correlation analysis were explored the differences and significance between groups. Results TB,ALT,AST of the rats in the model were significantly higher(P<0.05),ALB was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);TSGF,CA 19-9 levels of the model group were significantly higher(P<0.05)and increased with operative time prolonged(R=0.970,P=0.006;R=0.987,P=0.006);TSGF and CA 19-9 had a strong positive correlation with TB (R=0.9196,R=0.7808)and showed a strong negative correlation with ALB(R=-0.8494,R=-0.7024)(P<0.05). Conclusion The liver function of rat model of obstructive jaundice had serious injury. TSGF,CA 19-9 level is higher,suggesting that the tumor is more likely to exist;also suggesting clinically for patients with obstructive jaundice be treated as soon as possible to avoid deterioration.
