Objective To explore the efficacy of the treatment of cerebral infraction by simvastatin combined clopidogrel. Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into a control group(63 cases)and treatment group(63 cases), who were confirm diagnosed by clinical and imaging examination for cerebral infraction in our study. The control group was treated by conventional methods,and the treatment group was treated by additional simvastatin and clopidogrel on the basis of the treatment of control group. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48%. There was a significant difference(P<0.01). The blood lipid level of the treatment group was significantly lower, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Simvastatin and clopidogrel can effectively reduce blood lipids,and promote the recovery of the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction due to aphasia,Simvastatin and clopidogrel can effectively reduce blood lipids,and promote the recovery of the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction due to aphasia,hemiplegia,has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients,which has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients .% 目的探讨辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法经临床及影像学确诊为脑梗死患者126例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各63例。对照组使用常规治疗方法，观察组在对照组的基础上给予辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察两组治疗3个月后的临床疗效。结果总有效率观察组90.48%，对照组77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；血脂水平观察组较对照组显著降低（P<0.01）。结论辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷能够有效降低血脂，有效促进脑梗死所致的失语、偏瘫等临床症状的恢复，对提高患者生活质量有显著性效果。
