Objective To compare eradication -, remission -, recurrence -and compliance rate between probiotics combined with triple therapy and traditional triple therapy in Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 178 peptic ulcer and chronic shallow gastritis patients with Helicobacter pylori infection ( by 14C urea breath test and rapid urease test) were divided into two groups randomly: group A was assigned to receive traditional triple therapy for two weeks, while group B was treated with traditional triple therapy at the first week and probiotics in the following two weeks. Patients underwent a second 14C urea breath test two weeks later. Results Both eradication rate and remission rate had a statistically significance in the present study. Helicobacter pylori eradication rates were 83.72％ ( group B) and 69. 62％ ( group A) (P ＜ 0. 05), respectly. Remission rates of clinical symptoms were 80.23％ (group B) and 62.29％ (group A) (P ＜ 0. 05). Incidences of compliance in group B were significantly lower than those of group A(P ＜ 0.05). 14C urea breath test were performed one year later, the comparison correlation between group A and group B also revealed a significant difference in recurrence rates (56.18％ versus 22.47％; P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Probiotics combined triple therapy had a higher eradication rate, higher clinical symptom remission rate and lower recurrence rate than traditional triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection. It is a safe, well - tolerated, so it is worthy of clinic application widely.%目的 比较益生菌联合三联疗法与传统三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根治率、临床症状改善率、安全性、依从性及复发率.方法 14C呼气试验(UBT)、内镜下快速尿素酶(RUT)阳性的消化性溃疡、慢性浅表性胃炎患者178例,随机分A、B两组,A组用传统三联方案治疗14d,B组前1周用传统三联治疗,后2周益生菌口服治疗.疗程结束停药2周后采用UBT试验检测Hp.结果 疗程结束停药2周后,Hp根治率A组69 62%、B组83 72%,临床症状改善率A组62 29%、B组80 23%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P0 05).1年后复查UBT,复发率A组56 18%,B组22 47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0 05).结论 益生菌联合三联疗法治疗Hp的根治率较传统的三联疗法高,且临床症状改善明显、复发率低.
