碘伏消毒后不待干对PICC导管的影响

摘要

Objective To?investigate?the?effect?of?Undried?after?disinfection?on?PICC?catheter?after?PICC?catheter?maintenance.?Methods? 120?patients?who?needed?PICC?maintenance?were?divided?into?observation?group?and?control?group?according?to?the?random?number?table?method.?The?control?group?was?treated?with?conventional?nursing?method.?PICC?was?maintained?in?the?control?group.?The?observation?group?was?treated?with?sterile?gauze?after?iodophor?disinfection.?The?differences?in?skin?reactions?and?catheter-related?infections?were?compared?between?the?two?groups.?Results? There?was?no?significant?difference?in?the?incidence?of?catheter-related?infection?between?the?two?groups(P>0.05).?There?was?no?significant?difference?between?the?two?groups(P>0.05).?Conclusion? In?the?maintenance?of?PICC?catheters,changing?from?non-drying?to?sterile?gauze?wiping?after?iodophor?disinfection?can?reduce?the?incidence?of?skin?reactions?without?increasing?catheter-related?infections.It?can?improve?patients'?comfort?and?quality?of?life,save?nurses'?working?time,and?is?worth?promoting.%目的 探讨PICC导管维护中碘伏消毒后不待干对皮肤反应和导管相关性感染的影响.方法 PICC维护患者120例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规护理方法行PICC维护;观察组采用碘伏消毒后不待干改用无菌纱布擦干.比较两组患者皮肤反应和导管相关性感染的差异.结果 观察组皮肤反应明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 在PICC导管维护中碘伏消毒后不待干改用无菌纱布擦干可以减少皮肤反应的发生率,且不增加导管相关性感染,能改善患者舒适度及生活质量,节约护士工作时间,值得推广.
